No one has time for never ending meetings, or meetings that just happen because well, they’ve always happened. If Waterview’s advisors don’t show true value and return on investment, we know we’ll be shown the door. We also know that if our biggest concern seems to be extending the engagement instead of performing the engagement, we’d be shown the same door.

Our Small Business Solutions are a mix of services & tangible tools. They are developed for your sized business. There are even free ones. Yes, free. Here is a sampling:

The Small Business Analysis
Local Business Support Program
Professional Business Coaching
LBAP Quick Meetings
Biz DIY Tools

TheSmall Business Analysis
It’s not as scary, long, or drawn out as it sounds. This program is completed in a short time frame.
It is sometimes eye-opening, it’s always effective to see both small & big picture.

Local Business Support Program
We are proud to be an authorized provider of the Local Business Support Program (LBAP), developed by the Organization for Entrepreneurial Management.

Professional Business Coaching
It’s ok to admit sometimes what most needs adjustment in a business is the owner. Working with the Coach Academy, the Waterview Group matches you with the best fit for you. The focus is on you, and the results will be felt through your business, career, and many times, your family life.

LBAP Quick Meetings
As part of the OED Partnership, the Waterview Group agrees to provide a meeting with a business owner, just to talk. These meetings are complimentary (FREE!), underwritten by OED. It’s an hour or two for you to bounce ideas, talk about your concerns, and see your business through fresh eyes. To schedule once, contact outreach@oedglobal.org.

“A service is doing something for someone.
A product is a tool to solve a problem.
No one buys a mouse trap just to have it.
They have a problem, and want it solved.
What we like is that the services are broken into
smaller “products.” It makes it easier for cashflow,
easier to manage, and forces you to stay on task
to avoid short cuts.”

“You don’t think of a service as a product, at least
I didn’t it. But it shows the way they treat clients.
It’s not about (her) being on retainer for the
next 10 years. It’s about selecting a series of
service products, with measurable results.
It’s not a never-ending set of meetings and reports.
Who needs that? Who has time for that?”

Biz DIY Tools
Sometimes you need to make major changes. Sometimes though, the need is specific. The Waterview Group provides professional advice, tips & tricks in a series of formats like e-books, books, webinar series, and live seminars. Once again, we work with OED for these items. To learn more, access their (free) Entrepreneur’s Community at www.oedmembers.org. Join, shop, read, network, learn, do.
